RETURNS ON CONSUMABLES 

• You have 30 days to return an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return here at TH&F, the product that you purchased must be unopened & still in its original packaging.  We require a receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return. 

 

RETURNS ON DIFFUSERS

• You have 12 months to return a diffuser from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return here at TH&F, the diffuser must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

REFUNDS

• Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we’ve received it & that we are in the process of evaluating the item.  All refunds will be back to the same method of purchase.  

 

SHIPPING 

• You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. The costs of shipping are non-refundable & non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deductible from it.
